Hi,
I'm 32 years old. Five years ago, I had an extraterine embryo on the right, and I had had a small surgery to cut the organ which catches a falling ovum (I don't know how to call it in English).

And more than 2 weeks ago I had a growing ovum on the right, I think I cannot have baby with this right ovum; however I have pregnancy now.

Could you pls let me know when the ovum falling, where it can go as there's no organs to help bring the ovum into the fallopian ? How the sperm can meet the ovum? And what is the possibility to have a boy ? (Because I do not want to have another girl). The possibility is 50%-50% or higher for a girl?

Thanks for your urgent advice,

Best regards,
Pham
