I've been off BC (yasmin) for 10 months now. At first my cycle stayed regular at 28 or 29 days, but every once in a while I get a break that's about 8 weeks. The date of my LMP was 8/29. The one before that was 8 weeks prior. We haven't been "trying" the whole 10 months, but now we'd like to be "trying" but I'm worried that since I have super long cycles, there is something wrong. What could be the cause of the 8 week cycles? Should I be worried enough to go to a fertility clinic? Is my body just still adjusting from being on BC? I heard it takes up to a year to get prego after being on BC.
Lately I've felt like I need to pee more often (in the middle of the night even), and I have very painful bowel movements and gas. Maybe I'm pregnant this time? Kind of sick of peeing on sticks then getting my period a few days later.
