I use Ocella Birth Control pills & am sexually active. I recently decided to skip the placebo pills at the end of my pill pick and started my new birth control pack to extend my birth control one week longer. I didn't continue that pill pack, and am NOW taking my placebo pills because I still wanted to have my period for safety (so I knew I wasn't pregnant). It has been three days of taking placebo and I have not received my period. I'm very worried. Could I be pregnant?

Also, if I am not pregnant, do I need to start a completely new pill pack or can I continue the remaining 2 weeks of pills in the last pill pack I used?

Don't do that.

You need to take your pills as directed or just completely skip the placebo week, which is still very safe and definetly a better idea.

You may not get your bleeding, and you should just start a new pack now. Throw out the remaining two weeks from that old pack (you can't just take two weeks of pills). It's also possible that you will spot during your active pills for awhile.

Get back on track with how you SHOULD be taking your pills. Changing when you get your period takes practice and its not something you can just up and move around and have whenever.
