So my relationship with my boyfriend is on the line with this... He has been saying that for the last few months I have been masterbating in my sleep. He will wake me up to get me to stop, I will go back to sleep and continue masterbating. I dont have any recolection of it at all. He is starting to get really angry becasue he will wake me up thinking he can get sex, but im not actually horney. Ill say no, and go back to bed, then start masterbating again. I do it every night, almost all night long.... I start almost immedeatly after I fall asleep..

This is becomming a huge problem for us, at first he thought it was really hot.. but now its starting to become frustrating.

can anyone give me some suggestions

I will view this with suspicion. How can you be masturbating and then not be wet and horny when you wake up? Maybe he is telling you this because when he wakes you up to have sex he does not get it? Does he know what masturbation look like?

It is not uncommon for women to experience what men will call a "wet dream" an orgasm in their sleep or just as you wake up. This is however not "every night" or "almost all night long".

Maybe a sleep clinic? Possibly the problem is with your sleep, not your sex drive.

Are you sure that he isn't just saying that you are masturbating because he wakes you up for sex and you refuse? There are many men that wake their partners up in the middle of sound sleep to have sex.

sleep masterbation
My wife has been doing this like crazy for the past 2 months. This started about the time she stopped taking the pill. She swears she isnt but I pretend to be sleeping and it stsrts up. Weather she knows its happening or not, is hard to say. I can only go by what she tells me. I will say that I have caught her checking to see if the coast is clear a few times and other times it truely seems that she is asleep, but it does happen.

Wanting to understand
Doing something in her sleep. My wife has been having her hands on her thighs several times a week. And I cannot says I have seen her masturbate but it appears so. But I get the impression she is doing something. And it is usually two hrs into her sleep. How do I know because I usually have to get up and go to the bathroom. This happens at least three times a week. Last night I got her again with some heavy breathing with her fingers separating her lips. I hear something on TV earlier this year about some women who do. But I did not record the show we replay and get better information about. Have to remember that if a woman is acting this way it does not mean she wants sex from you. Wish I had more information to understand why. If someone has some good information please share.

Female (wife) Sleeping Sexual Stimulation
I believe I also caught my wife thrusting either in her sleep or while awake one night. Given it was during sleeping hours I'm not sure whether she had her hand on her leg or clit. The movement woke me, so I slowly moved my hand to touch her leg ever so gently, like I was alsleep, she however felt my gentle touch and got very angy and it stopped, at least the bouncing around did, I do however think she may have continued while putting her back to me in bed. In the morning she claims she can not recall anything. I'm not sure whether she's embrassed to amit it and is not owing up or actually can not recall it happening.
If any other ladies can help me understand whether this is common, at least the anger and defensiveness I would be greateful.

Sleep Sex
It's called sleep sex. It is something that is very common. It has something to do with shorts in the "wiring" in your brain while your falling asleep. My husband told me the this morning that I have been doing this on and off for a while now.

on thin ice with my bf for masterbating in my sleep
My bf is umcomfotable with me staying over with him now because he saw me masterbating at 4 am. He says he has suspected that I have done it before. He said I was making noises and rocking the bed and when he turned towards me I moved like nothing was happening. I have had several times where I have orgasmed in my sleep. I had no idea until today that I was actually doing something. Currently I'm sleeping on my friends couch in the living room and I'm afraid I'm going to do it again. I'm also wondering if I've done it at other peoples houses as well and now I'm terrified to sleep anywhere. My bf and I have a very healthy sex life and even masterbate together so I am unsure why he is so upset. It's to the point that he woke me up and told me to go home and he doesnt want to see me for a few days because I made him that uncomfortable. I don't know how to prove to him that I'm not lyng and I'm embarrassed to go to the doctor about this. If anyone can tell me how they have gotten over this it would be greatly appreciated.

sleep masterbation
I'm not sure if this post is too old to respond to but I do the same thing. It first occured two years ago and caused issues in my marraige. I was seeing a phyciatrist because I am bipolar and thought it was somehow related. He's never seen a case like that before, but thought it was stressed induced and that masterbation may have provided some relief. He recommended that I excercise regularly to relieve some of that tension. I went back to exercising again and it seemed to help.

I also did some online research and it is a sleep disorder. People who sleep masterbate can seem wide awake as in my case where my eyes are fully open and I would act sneaky about it. For a while my husband wouldn't believe that I didn't know I was masterbating. It was a very scary time for both me and my husband.

Hopefully exercise may help, or also seeing a phyciatrist. Perhaps there are psychological reasons- stress, need to vent, or need of comfort.

I cannot believe how angry other people get at their partners. I am glad that my boyfriend doesn't even give two shits about me masturbating in my sleep. I wish I could quit, because it's annoying waking up with my hand all sticky, but I can't help it, same with my snoring. Seriously if you cannot love your partner no matter what you should be alone. It's just like getting mad about a dream, something MOST people cannot control anyway.

juggalettagurl you are absolutely spot on. My wife used to masturbate at least once a week in her sleep, I'd get off just listening to her. She now tells me I've recently started masturbating in my sleep usually within a couple of hours of going to bed.......who knows why anybody jacks off in their sleep but I'm damn sure it ain't anything personal against their partner!
