Have you confirmed the status of your partner to be definitely HIV positive ?

In case, he is a proven case of HIV, then the risk of HIV infection would be considerably high. But since there was no penetrative sex, the risk would be lesser.

But to avoid any chances, it would be advisable to consult your doctor for testing for HIV with ELISA, after 4 -6 weeks after the exposure or earlier with PCR- DNA testing.

Yes, he is tested positive.

But the infected semen landed just on the tip and the urethra is not wide open.

Some of the semen landed on the shaft of my penis and my scrotum and my abdomen.There is no laceration.

I ask the doctor immediately for exposure prophylaxis, He interviewed me and the doctor said, no need because its not a high risk exposure and it happened outside the body, no penetration.

but I dont know what is the chance of getting HIV from this manner.
