1)why my dick is swellig and what should i do for this?
2)i have rashes around the head of my dick.what should i do for this?it is shiny red rashes.

To answer your first 2 questions I really need to examine (see) your penis.

The white thing that comes out of your penis while sleeping could be sperm. If you have an erotic dream and achieve orgasm you will ejaculate (sperm expulsion) during sleep.
