1 1/2 months ago. I started having head jerks, and limb movements every time I started falling asleep. My doctor referred me to a Psychiatrist who has me taking anti-depressants day and night. I'm taking Remeron at night with 10 mg. of Ambian, and 175 mg. of Effexor during the day. I had a lot of anxiety and stress when this started to happen.

Would like some advice from people who have the same thing, and what works for them. The more "natural" the better.
