Hi,

I am a 33 year old lady who has mild Cerebral Palsy - Spastic Diplegia (CP in lower body) My lower right side of my body is a lot stiffer than my left and over the years the left side has taken a lot more strain, with pain in the back of my left pelvis.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any form of exercise or alternative therapy which would be good at increasing the flexibility on the right side and lower body in general , overall strength of my lower body and make my lower body more in balance (i.e both sides working together, instead of the left side working more).

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Tash x

I see a physio, do pilates and am thinking about taking up swiming. I have tried yoga, but found it too difficult as I have problems with my balance.
