Q: Exercise for hernia ?

She have hernia but Dr told to do exercise & diating no need operation. She do little excercise but not better. Pl help her. Her Name is Azizun Nahar DoB 07/08/1968. We have twin 6 years boy/girl & a girl 7 years.
