I have learned about some exercises for arthritis but I am not clear about that at all.

Can any body tell me what exercises will be beneficial for Arthritis?

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Physiotherapy and stretching excercises are the best exercises for improving the motility due to long term arthritis.

You might consult a physiotherapist for proper assessment of your condition and training of the exercises that might help you.

Arthritis in L4 - L5 Question
would roller skating worsen the condition ? is that too strenuous,should I just be walking & stetching, would swimming help ? what are the " DO'S & DONT " and what to do for pain relief ?
