Try the scissor exercise. Lay flat on your back with one leg straight in the air, and your other leg straight out in front of you about 2 inches off the ground, switching legs every second. Do 4 sets of 25. This is a really great lower ab workout! Also running helps tone abs really well by slimming down the fat there. I would suggest doing High Intensity Interval Training for a great fat loss workout, you sprint at about 10mph for 30 seconds then a 5mph jog for 90 seconds repeating this 10 times. It will help bring those abs out. Try this workout on a treadmill, for keep your speeds consistent. I just bought one for really cheap on treadmillreviews.com. Good luck to you! Hope those abs come! Smile

When it comes to abs people focus too much on doing crunches and not worry enough about what they are eating. Burning more calories than you take in will take the fat off and high intensity interval training is a great way. Don't be afraid to do some weight training also as it will increase your metabolism also.
Don't give up!!
