Hey All,
I've been on the birth control pill for
over two years now and haven't had any
problems with it. Recently I have started
working out more regularly (usually around
4 times a week for aprox. 45-60 minutes)
and have recently started working a full
time job with early mornings, so my body
has had a lot to adjust to.
I was expecting my period sometime
yesterday or today (it isn't always
regular even though I am on the pill) but
it hasn't come yet. I had sex around 3
weeks ago, about a day or two after my
last period ended. I haven't experienced
any pregnancy symptoms whatsoever so I'm
wondering if the increase in excersise and
a consistent schedule could be throwing
off my body?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
