I just wanted to ask a specific question here because my comprehensive post has a lot of different info in it.

I'm wondering if the combination of sweating, overheating, strenuous exercise (yes I know 5kms isnt far to run for most people, but for ME, it's VERY strenuous and causes me to drip with sweat and get very red in the face, always has been despite doing it 3x/wk) and BAD diarrhea brought on by the running - could cause kidney problems?

I've developed worse IBS (at least after running), low GFR, peripheral sensory neuropathy and palpitations, in the years since I started running.
