It has been 3 years since my hip replacement. I had my two kids in the last 2 years and I'm trying to lose the baby weight. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I do aqua aerobics, yoga and walking/biking is their anything else I can do without hurting myself?

I would suggest an olympticial trainer 20 min. a day for the cardio. It burns more and works the legs, Maybe pilates too. Write down everything you eat, drink and exercise and see if they balance. YOu might just need to be keeping track of what you do and amounts of food for a start. THe other activities sound good, Check with your doctor but I would think that adding these won't hurt. THat hip should be set by now an increasing you activity level wouldn't hurt.
