sir,
i am 20 yrs old, i had my gall bladder removed on 12 march-2012(nearly two months back). IS it advisable for me to do swimming and other rigourous and streching exercises like yoga and basketball.. pull ups.. hanging from a bar etc... etc at this time ???

You should be able to do moderate exercise by now. Don't go mad, especially since you probably haven't lifted anything heavier than your arm for the last month.

You may find you have some pain from the area of the wounds or where your gallbladder used to be. At this point take it as a warning not to push too hard. Later you might have to deal with pain from the formation of scar tissue, the belly button wound seems to be particular annoying.
