Q: excruciating sharp pain at back of head

I have occasional migranes. Last week I had an attack - excruciating pain at back of my haed...more severe than normal migranes. Took some strong headaches overthe counter drug and ok. Had another 2 attacks in the last week. I also have sinus. please help.

hi, i have this also but mine only lasts 5 - 10 seconds of excrutiating pain then goes away but i have many other symptoms too, all of which are getting worse. I have just left a post about it, hopefully someone can shed some light on this.
