4 months ago I started having excruceating pains in my right mid and upper back which gets worse with a deep breath. I have had a CT and an X-Ray which were insignificant as far as lungs are concerned. A breathing test shows my lung capacity is normal. I do not have blood in my urine nor do I feel the symptoms of a kidney stone. I went to a pulmonologist ofter my family doctor gave up....he is thinking in terms of a heart problem, blood clot in the lung, or a kidney infection. I was tested last week for a kidney infection...l had a mild one that was treated....my concern is this pain has been going on for 4 months...so it could not be a heart attack or annurysm...I have had blood clots in my lung before and I coughed up blood an fainted. Please me give me some ideas.

So when your chest expands, you have pain. Could be the muscles on the right side of your torso are tight.

Do a Google search for:
1) Standing windmill stretch

It is important to do this AGAINST THE WALL for proper support.
You should find you do not bend to the left as easily as the right.

You should also check to see if your right hip is tight. Do a lunge stretch for your hip flexors

2) "hip flexor lunge stretch" (Do a Google search)
