Hi All

I feel i have a few issues going on one being a possible fibromyalgia but the other sx like heavy eyes, weak voice and swallowing differculties as if a lump in my throat and weak burning legs and arms that get worse with activity and better with rest.

I have noticed before i get ill that i yawn contiually i'm not tired in i need to sleep but i am fatiuged in my muscles once i start yawning after that comes the burning muscles in my trunk area that spreads out to my arms and legs and if very bad my neck where i cant keep my head up i have to lay down immediatly and its not only distressing it is embarrassing when it happens like today in my girls group or at the cinema a mth ago i cant sit, even though resting helps i feel i am restless as the muscles carry on burning and i feel i want to move them but the are tired and weak and often cant.

I am waiting to see a neuro in london queens sqaure and i just want some answers, i have been ill since 2007 but that is more pain and weakness in my muscles they thought i had MS but the mri show nothing, but this new flare of fatiuge excessive yawing and burning weak muscles both arms and legs is only been happening this yr i am not on any new meds have not changed my diet.

any ideas?? do you think this could all be one condition like a auto immune disorder or do you think i have fibromyalgia and another condition on top of this?

i also have been dx with rhaynards syndrome and have digestive issues and am sun sensitive

Its like someone pulls a plug on me and all my energy drains out of my muscles. I have this in flares and it last from a few hrs to mths inbetween i cant walk far due to weak muscles and am exercise intolrant where us before 2007 i was a working mum jogged up to 5miles on my day off its all so odd.

please help with advise.
