Q: Excessive stimuli and erectile dysfunction
asked by: DoctorQuestion on April 21st, 2009
I used to masturbate much from the age of 16, maybe every 3 days I masturbate but when I masturbate I masturbate twice or triple = one every 12 an hour, but in the last 6 months I get fedup from masturbation because I play football and I go to the gym and masturbation make me weak for this so I decided to watch porn without ejaculation (playing with my penis and before the ejaculation I leave playing), but in this days I found that my penis dont get full erected (not strong).
- I used to sleep at the morning always (maybe at 6 AM).
- I dont eat well some days but I eat enough to make my body work well.
- my penis goes up while sleeping but not full erected (only this days)
- I watch porn always :(
- I used to sit on the computer too much (maybe 6-8 hours per day)
- I used to go to the gym every 3 day.

MY QUESTION IS:
what would I do to get the full erection back?

An erection needs the spinal reflex to work at its full potential and is considered as an uncontrolled reaction to both physical and/or emotional stimuli. However, excessive or overly frequent stimuli can decrease the level of certain chemicals needed to dilate the penile blood vessels and achieve a complete erection.

You might want to stop watching porn for a period of time. Also, skipping the trainings in the gym might allow you to avoid the physical stress that can also affect the erection.
