please i have pain in left of my abdomen where stomach is ,for a couple of days and have light cough,and the excess saliva,i want to ask is this excess saliva comming ok for my stomach(ulcer symptoms),should i swallow it or spit it,please i want immediate advice,
can i drink milk,yougurt.what to eat to heal my stomach...

You probably have excessive saliva coming from a gastric reflux. This is also probably causing a light cough.

Yes, you can take cold milk, yogurt, OTC omeprazole and antacid gels to counteract this.
