Depends on how old your are and how much experience you have had. At the end of the day it's a good thing as it is the body’s natural lubricant. Young guys generally have more pre cum than older guys. Also, the longer you are aroused without ejaculation the more pre cum you will produce. Also non circumcised males have greater sensitivity of the glands head of the penis and therefore can produce more pre cum.
