i am 19 years old and have been experiencing lower back pain,excessivly tired,unable to concentrate,semen ejacuationand,not perfect errections and excessive hair loss and thinning of hair.
i feel this is due to exceesive masturbration.i have been masturbrating for almost 5 years from now.
please tell me if i need to visit the doctor or self restraint would do.
also guide me how much time would it take.

There is probably nothing wrong with you. If there is anything wrong with you then it has nothing to do with masturbation. See a doctor? Why not?
