Four or five masturbations per week is not addiction. That is normal for single young men. The leakage from the penis before urination is probably a secretion from the urethral glands (precum).

Excessive secretion from the urethral glands is called urethral syndrome and it is often caused by excessive masturbation. If the leakage becomes thicker with a bad odor and you start to feel burning and painful sensations while urinating you may want to consult a urologist.
