Q: excessive masterbation

Hello doctor,

I am 25 years old. I am masterbating from very young age.
now while having sex i lose control and ejacuate very early.

are these 2 problem related and what can i do to solve this.

Please suggest.

Don't really know how premature ejaculation is directly related to masturbation. It may have more to do with stress.

Premature ejaculation is directly related to masturbation...When you masturbate, you are your own lover...You wait for no one...No partner to stimulate, only yourself...When you are making love with a woman, you must wait for her wants...She must have foreplay and be brought to this place of want as you are...However, you have lived in this land of lust of your own...I am ready...I must go now and you do and she is not ready and the circle of premature ejaculation begins...The self doubt grows in your mind and like a cancer it spreads....IMO, direct link to that no man's land that you may end up living in...
