Q: excessive gas pains

All my life my family joked about me having so much gas and now that im older its not so funny. Im in 12th grade i do have anxiety and stuff.. but anyway since i was in 10th grade i noticed that my stomach always bothers me in school i always feel as if i have gas like gas pains gas noises or the feeling of gas pressing so much pressure onto your stomach you feel like you might slip..its annoying because when i eat it makes it worse and ive noticed that because when im in school the times i dont eat it minimizes it more than when i do eat lunch or snacks... this is a problem because i get really hungry but if i feel like this i cant sit still in class and i get anxiety and stuff.. what should i do ive already tried tums gas x phazene and many others i dont know what to do anymore ... ?? help please
ive been through all kinds of tests im not lactose intolerant or have any allergies with glucose or anything ive gotten tested..

It's possible that you have another, more subtle digestive allergy to some types of food. For example, people can be allergic to wheat, sugar, nuts or food additives. In order to really diagnose the problem, you'll have to neutralize your diet and start from scratch, slowly adding foods so that you can observe their effect on your body. This is difficult and can take time. But once you know which foods are causing the gas, you can eliminate them from your diet. There you go --- no more gas!
