Hi. I can't stop snacking out on fruits. Apples, oranges, pears, blueberries, watermelon, banan as and just about anything else I can get my hands on. I dont really snack on anything else maybe because I have a mental thought of how bad it would be if I did... like eating chips or cookies. But I don't really have any guilty remorse to binging on fruits...Should I? I dont feel bad nor am I ill or sick but i was wondering if I keep this up is there long term effects that would result from excessive consumption of fruits... maybe too much vitamin C or Potassium? hmmm... I really don't know and I wanted to find out before anything does happen. If anyone could help me out that would be GREAT! Thanks

As long as you eat a well-balanced diet you should get all the nutrition that you need.

Are you craving sweets and head for natural fruit or just feel the need to eat even when you are not hungry?

I have yet to hear of too much fruit hurting someone...I suppose it could depend on how much is too much. And that I do not know Sad

Too many fruits could cause an increase in stomach acid...but it depends upon which fruits you're eating. What's your fruit diet at the moment?
