My body temperature seems to be very high. Not that I have fever; but usually i feel very hot...even @ a temperature of 20degrees Celsius. There are times when i feel my body temperature is rising and my palms get warm and I start sweating...I need the Air conditioner to be switched on all the time. Can anybody suggest what might be the issue.
