Recently I had got small acne kind of things on my arms and buttocks. Someething white used to come out when I pricked those. After consulting my dermatologist she said it will go away if I take vitamin tablets and she prescribed zincovit and ossopan tablets, both once a day for 100 days. I read somewhere that excess vitamin will cause bleeding and headache. So I am worried now whether I should discontinue this, as I am a person who is eating a lot of vegetables and natural vitamin supplements. Please suggest.

when you say natural vitamin suppliments, what are these? vegetables don't have the minerals that they used to so you really need to be supplimenting any way. I don't think you should be too worried, the acne problem you are talking about is a symptom of zinc deficiency & the zinc in your tablets are probably only 25 mg of elemental zinc which is also good to build up your imune system. unless you are eating a lot of foods containing zinc, you aren't drinking much water, which will help your body expel the unwanted nutrients if you drink wel. you will start to feel unwell before any of these problems you are worried about appear so there will be warning signs. I actually commend your dermatologist for this form of treatment, most would go for drugs instead of using nutrition.
