Around my left testicle is a membrane of what I assume to be sperm. It's as if the left side of my scrotum has sperm inside it with the testicle submerged in the sperm. It creates a "padding" between the testicle and skin while my right testicle doesn't have this. Does anybody have an idea what this can be?
