excess saliva could it be a swollen tongue?

I have a swollen tonsil at the moment and it feels like I have a lot of excess saliva, but there is nothing. How do I tell if it could be a swollen tongue?

In case of a swollen tongue, you might have difficulty swallowing and eating along with difficulty swallowing.

In case of doubts, about your condition, consulting your doctor for a examination and proper assessment of your condition might be helpful.
