I have a question...

I have always worked around this but i am wondering if it's a normal thing or not...
or possibly if my pelvis is shaped oddly?
okay, so if my stomach is full and digested (because i've eaten a good meal ha) or if i need to go #2 (bowl movement) - i seem to have a lot of excess discharge. also, in the same reasons, it is hard to insert a tampon during menstration because it feels like because i need to have a bowl movement first there isn't room. does that make sense? is that normal?
thanks,
frances
