Pregnancy Calendar Conception : When did I Conceive ? Forum

my lmp was on 1st nov 08.

however my period cycle is not regular and it has been roughly abt 2 - 2.5 months

my first ultrasound scan was on the 19th feb 09 and was confirmed that i'm 12 weeks and zero days as at 19th feb.

when backdated for 12 weeks this leads the conception date to be around 27th nov 08.

however i didnot get involved with my husband throughout that whole week.

this has led to so many problems between us and i have not had anything with anyone else either.

please confirm my conception date and any exceptions toi the case.

Unless you had been celibate for at least a month, became pregnant from having sex only one time and didn't have sex again for at least a month, it is impossible to find an exact conception date. No doctor in the world could know this. They give an estimate based on the size of the fetus. This could be off by as much as two weeks. You and your hubby need to work on trust issues and stop worrying about the conception date. If it is that big of a deal get a prenatal DNA test and put the issue to rest.

CONCEPTION DATE IS NEVER ACCURATE!!

like i said conception date is never accurate women with a 28 cycle is most likely to ovulate on their 14 day afer the first day of their last period, but like you said your cycle is inregular just lke mine so we can either ovulate before or after the 14th day, also sperms can live in the a woman body up 5 days so if you have sex 1-4 before ovalated you can also get pregnant.

so tell you husband not to be trippin' and to wait till his born and he'll see that the doctor was wrong!!
