Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum. I am glad to help you out.

First of all, to lose weight from abdominal areas and thighs, you need to join a gym and work under a trainer by doing exercises which concentrate on the abdomen and thighs. Secondly, eat more of eggs, beans, green tea, salads, fruits like pears, papayas, soups like chicken soup, lean meats, tofu, nuts, high fiber cereal, nuts like walnuts, oatmeal, brown rice and multigrain hot cereals.

Avoid sugar containing foods like sweets, aerated drinks, chocolates, jams and preserves, biscuits, cakes, canned fruit in syrup, fizzy drinks, processed foods and oily and fried foods.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
