Something up with my heart. Last week I had a ultrasound and there was something behind my heart. Had a CAT scan and am waiting for the results.

You don't provide much information, don't report any symptoms, and based upon what you describe there may be "something" behind the heart. I gather from your comment that whatever is present is not related to the heart itself, and it is appropriate to await the results of the CT scan.
