Hi,

I am 22 and have suffered with ever growing knee pain for roughly five years and have been going to physiotherapy for the last 7 months attempting to realign my knee caps as they are slightly in the wrong place and move in the wrong direction when performing any active tasks, however none of the exercises they give me are working and they seem to be creating an unbearable amount of pain in the last few weeks but no one will listen to me or take me seriously telling me that im imagining the pain, should i be worried about what could actually be wrong with my knees or is my physiotherapist right?
