Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Estroven is a natural herbal product for treatment of symptroms of menopause. It will not help in PCOS. First of all consult a good gynecologist.

You will have to undergo a glucose tolerance test and measurement of blood sugar to know the level of insulin resistance (some other tests may be required too). You will then be put on drugs to regularize your menstrual cycle.

If you are trying to conceive, then this therapy alone is sometimes successful. In some cases the cysts are ruptured by laprotomy. Usually a woman conceives soon after.
Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist once. Hope this helps. Take care!
