Birth Control Answer A4572
According to the last menstruation date (15th March), you were 17 weeks and 5 days pregnant on the 16th of July. Three (3) days later on the 19th of July you were 18 weeks and 1 day pregnant.

Ultrasound apparatus doesn't estimate the pregnancy age according to the last period date (LPD) but according to certain fetal dimensions compared with standard values. The difference between a pregnancy age calculated according to the LPD and a pregnancy age calculated by the ultrasound apparatus should not be greater than 2 weeks. In your case, the difference was 1 week and 3 days on the 16th of July. If the difference is greater than 2 weeks then either your LPD was wrong or the fetus is not developing properly.

You may want to consult your gynecologist about this.
