Hello When I was younger I had no problems using the restroom.
But as I got older around 18(im 23 now) my bowel movements became more require and took longer to complete.

I am now going anywhere between 4-7 times a day.
When I do go usually they are not whole turds. They are small or broken off pieces.
It's slightly painful to use the restroom as well.
I don't strain or try to force it out, but it seems to take its time to get into position to get out. I usually can expluse a majority of it when I first sit down, but the rest takes its time sometimes taking anywhere between 10-20 minutes for the remainder to finally work its way down.
Im 6'1 210 pounds. I eat fairly healthy.

Also during intercourse with my girlfriend it is difficult to get it up, and if I move too much during intercourse I can lose it, the slightest bit of uncomfortableness completely loses it, from just changing positions to sitting up. I read somewhere that the irritation from my bowels could some how effect my sexual ability. So I assumed they were connected.

I am sick of living like this. I am cautious to go on long trips or outings and my love life is suffering because of it.

Any thoughts?
