I got married in Aug 2007. but since then i am not able perform sex with wife, because my penis is no get errection.It get erected in other time,but whenever i try to have intercourse, it won't.

You haven't said when you have achieved erection. You also haven't said anything about your previous sexual experience. If you never have achieved erection your problem is probably organic, but if you can achieve erection in some occasions and can't in others it may likely be a psychiatric issue.
You may want to consult a urologist first about your erectile dysfunction. If there are no organic problems with your penis you may want to consult a psychiatrist about your condition.
