i am 24 and i have serious problem with my penis sensititviy when someone even touches my penis i ejaculate.Even when i am masturbating i can not last for more then 15 seconds.i am really nervous and shy to ask help in person.
so please can anybody help me,i cannot date because it's embarcing when i will not make any one cum or control my self for more then 5 seconds.
i there any solution????

I read your question and i understand your concern. Premature ejaculation needs to be evaluated. Avoid masturbation, reduce coital frequency to once a week, use desensitizers, condoms and some low doses TCA antidepressants. Sex therapy will help as well.
