hi doc. i'm 63yrs. married for 25yrs. my wife is 43yrs. with needs i havn't had a rock solid for 7yrs. what should i do or is it my age other girls don't give me one either?

I often have ED now in my mid 50s. Pills worked okay but lately they are not a sure thing. I bought an erection pump with tension rings and it works great (encore) I can have an erection and great sex anytime. It will seem clumsy and embarassing or unromantic at first. It also takes a number of practice sessions. But we are adults and learned how to use it well. So now, I have a good erection anytime I wish.
