I am 21 and have suffered from a form of erectile dysfunction for as long as I can remember. I have had several sexual partners (usually in long term relationships) and have always struggled to maintain an erection during intercourse. Also I sometimes feel that I experience a slight lack of sensation- i don't particularly enjoy and have never orgasmed from felatio or handjobs. During intercourse I sometimes fail to ejaculate.
I experience the occassional morning erection and have no problems in becoming aroused. I masturbate about once a day but find it difficult to ejaculate unless i am lying on my side. I find it difficult to ejaculate when sitting up and almost impossible when standing.
I'm not sure whether this is relevant or not, but I also have slight gynecomstia despite being generally fit and healthy. I have had blood tests which indictae that I have normal testosterone levels.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
