Hi, I suffer from Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation at the same time; I know it is really bad! So, I am very sad and am frightened to approach girls, so I am always alone. I have high sexual desire though, when trying to masturbate sometimes I manage to get an erection quickly but it goes away soon. Sometimes I get the erection but I quickly ejaculate. What can I do? Which medicine can help me to cure myself? I'll be grateful for your advice and help. Thank you.

There are combination erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation meds in the same pill. Super P Force for example. It's 100 mg of Sildenafil citrate (which is what makes up Viagra) and 60 mg of Dapoxetine (which is what makes up Priligy). You might consider trying just sildenafil 100 mg separately first, sometimes that is enough to take care of your PE.
