Q: Erectile dysfunction and gynecologists

Recently while having sex with my wife my penis become soften easily. Although it can erect but was somehow soften when i smell something foul in my wife virgina and therefore fail to have ejection of sperm. When i masturbate i am able to erect fully and perform ejection? so what is the problem?

Because you have an erection when you masturbate your erectile dysfunction is probably mentally conditioned. The problem could be that you are disgusted by your wife. You may also look for an excuse to leave or cheat on your wife. Whatever the real cause is, you should discuss this with your wife. If your wife has a vaginal infection causing a bad odor she can consult her gynecologist.
