Hi Nick
I too am on Epilim Chrono. It controls my tonic clonic seizures. Firstly you must go and see your gp to get hime to refer you back to your neurolgist urgently. It may mean you need a differant type of medication and assessment with eeg during sleep. I know of someone who also has night seizures but unlike seizures during the day, after your clear for one year you can drive. However with night seizures they are not allowed to have a licence at all until they are completely cleared. I would look into this, go onto the epilepsy foundation website they too have a lot of information. However please go to your gp asap. Let me know how you get on. Bluebird

Epilepsy while sleeping
For 12 years my husband has had grand mal seizures in his sleep and only in his sleep. We are now having his hormones evaluated because that may be the issue. iNckTM, have you had that check and if so, what was your result? This is not something our Dr has ever mentioned checking until we asked.
