i am eplieptic and im on carbamazepine slow release 400mg tablets 1twice a day & after 7years of trying to get pregant i have had sum scans done and i have been told i have cysts on my left ovary witch i got told are polycistic ovarys so my question is can the pocs be treated without affecting my epilepsy ? or is it better for me just to give up the dream of having my own babies and adopt children. any help would help me alot. thank you very much Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Have a regular menstruation during this 7 years ?
Have you attempts to become pregnant during lust year ?
400 mg of carbamasepine daily is not a big dose. Many other reasons may lead to POS (polycystic ovarian syndrome)
By the way - every woman have two ovaries, many eggs in each.
