I'm 18 years old and fear I have either testicular torsion or some form of epididymitis. While I don't have any exact pain, my left testicle has always been very sensitive to the touch, always uncomfortable and never pleasurable, while the right one is perfectly fine. I have have multiple accounts of hematospermia(blood in my semen) over the last couple years, usually once or twice within the same year, but as of recently (the last 3 months) have had a gradual increase of abdominal pain/discomfort. I do not have medical insurance but feel that I need to get tested/check out as soon as possible. How much are current tests for epididymitis? I've been searching online for causes for the symptoms I've listed and have found many possibilities, but I know I need to see a doctor in person to know for sure what is wrong. I experience light headedness whenever I squat and rise suddenly, which has also become more common in the last couple months. Everyone around me says I've lost a lot of weight these past couple months but I'm not sure if it's normal body changes for an 18yr old(19 in 3months) or if it is related to whatever internal problems I'm experience(i used to be a little heavy, not quiet chubby, but the males on both sides of my family are pretty tall/thin).

Anything helps, thanks.
