Q: Epididymitis

Hello. I am a 56 year old male. I was diagnosed with epididymitis approx 14 weeks ago. I have taken two rounds at two weeks each of antibiotics. It still feels like I have some infection although not as bad. What would be the next step. This infection apparantly came on due to bacteria from my urine tract and not sexualy transmited.
