Enlargement of the testicles

hi there my boy friend and I were living together for a couple of years. his been proposing to me to marry him but I kept on telling him that I want to have a baby first. it has been a long time since we had started to have sex but still we cant make any baby. he told me that when his still young I pied with a blood and from that time on his testicles enlarged. he looked for a doctor and the doctor said it is just because he is so tired of carrying heavy materials. he game me a term but I don't know how it was spelled or what it really is "-lock" I really don't know what that means but I think that is the reason why we didn't have any baby.
I need help. do you thin that does thing happened to him when his still young caused him sterile? can we still have a baby? I need your help
