Hi, I'm a 46 yr old female. Today - after ice skating (my hands were very cold - as usual as I skate 3 times a week year-round), I noticed an enlarged/bulging vein on my right hand (not on the palm - the other side) near my thumb. That's never happened to me before. It was huge - but temporary. Should I be worried? I am not feeling ill or any other symptoms.
